Adobe Photoshop file - you must flatten layers, save as tiff with LZW compression
Adobe Illustrator file - you must convert all fonts to outlines, save as EPS
High-Resolution PDFs are accepted, should not exceed 150 dpi Adobe In-Design file - please save as a high resolution PDF with fonts converted or there may be an additional fee for adjusting artwork to our existing templates
Files need to be saved at full size and have a resolution of 100-150

If you have provided graphics, Smash Hit Displays takes no responsibility as to the quality of the printed graphics; only the workmanship. Whether you are providing new graphics or intend to re-use graphics you have previously uploaded for a past order, we will view the uploaded file ONLY to look for quality issues. This does not include spelling or typo errors made by you and/or your designer. Again, YOU and/or YOUR Designer MUST examine the graphics for spelling errors, typos, size, and quality issues.
Smash Hit Displays does NOT guarantee graphic specs if templates are not used by you and/or your designer. Smash Hit Displays strives to make the graphic process as smooth as possible by providing templates that can be downloaded from our website, www.smashhitdisplays.com. For sizing purposes, these templates include the bleed needed by the printer.
Smash Hit Displays is NOT responsible for unsatisfactory colors. Smash Hit Displays HIGHLY RECOMMENDS A PRINTED PROOF for ALL ORDERS -- ESPECIALLY IF the job is COLOR SENSITIVE. E-proofs are for layout purposes only and are not an accurate representation of color or resolution. All approvals received on e-proofs confirm that you and/or your designer understand our policy.
Smash Hit Displays is NOT responsible for reprinting; or compensation for new artwork to be created. The graphic process takes 3-14 business days from the time the proof is approved by you and/or your designer. If you need it sooner, please ask us.
Rush fees and/or expedited shipping fees may be able to get it to you sooner. We always request an ARRIVE NO LATER THAN date. The correct shipping method, to include expedited shipping, will automatically be used. Smash Hit Displays will do our best to notify you, before your order ships, of additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are ESTIMATES ONLY. Any additional shipping charges will be charged to you using the credit card provided at the time the order was placed.
Smash Hit Displays does NOT guarantee shipping. If you want your order guaranteed for delivery on a specific date and/or by a specific time, you may request expedited delivery. Once your order is shipped, FedEx/UPS/Transport Company is responsible for your order. Shipping guarantees are per FedEx/UPS/Transport Company Terms and Conditions. Ground shipments are NOT a FedEx/UPS/Transport Company guaranteed date/time method of delivery per their Terms and Conditions.
